People Operations Specialist

It is now your opportunity to come on board. We are looking for a People Operations Specialist (Maternity Leave replacement) to help ensure that our HR processes and employee experience are as smooth as receiving and sending parcels with Omniva.

Have previous work experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator or in a similar role.

Have a strong know-how of worktime reporting and local Labour Law.

Have a working experience with such programs as Microsoft Dynamics 365, AXAPTA and Stafflogic is a big plus.

Have strong MS Excel skills.

Are readiness to work in an international work environment and ability to multitask.

Are solution-oriented and friendly with numbers.

Have a strong interpersonal skills – ability to professionally interact with colleagues and partners across the organization.

Have a great verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

Have a willingness to learn and growth mindset.

A salary range from 2350 to 2550 euros gross, based on your experience and competencies.
