It is now your opportunity to come on board. We are looking for a People Operations Specialist (Maternity Leave replacement) to help ensure that our HR processes and employee experience are as smooth as receiving and sending parcels with Omniva.
Maintaining and updating employee data and records in our internal systems.
Preparing all the needed employment documentation and HR operations procedures for all employee lifecycles.
Ensuring that our internal HR processes and procedures are compliant with local Labour Law
Giving input to the revision and to the creation of internal HR policies and guidelines.
Administrating monthly time reporting process.
Submitting reports to Social Security institutions.
Consulting managers about Labour Law and everyday topics related to employees.
Participation in other HR processes and projects.
Everyday contribution to the creation of a workplace filled with joy for our employees.
